Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms cover use of this website and the general conditions that apply to tattoo services arranged with the studio.
General notice: these are general website terms. They are not legal advice, and booking, deposit, cancellation, and consent details that depend on the studio's own practices should be reviewed and confirmed.
Acceptance of these terms
By using this website you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
About this site
This site is the portfolio of Marcole Creations, the fine line tattoo work of Austin Cole Martinez at Nine Finger Tattoo Co in Carlisle, Ohio. It exists to show previous work and to make it easy to get in touch.
Content, portfolio images, availability, and pricing information may change at any time without notice.
Not medical advice
Any information on this site about tattooing, healing, or aftercare is general information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
If you have a medical concern about a tattoo, a healing tattoo, or a skin condition, contact a doctor. Nothing on this site should delay you from seeking professional care.
Booking and appointments
Appointments are arranged by messaging the studio on Facebook or Instagram, or by speaking with the artist at the studio. Sending a message does not create a confirmed appointment; an appointment exists only once it has been confirmed directly.
Final pricing, deposits, session length, and appointment terms are confirmed with you before any work begins, and may depend on the size, detail, placement, and time the piece requires.
Age and identification
You must meet the minimum age required by Ohio law and by studio policy to be tattooed. Valid government-issued photo identification is required.
Where the law permits a minor to be tattooed, the studio's own requirements, including parental or guardian consent, must be met before any work begins.
Health, eligibility, and preparation
You agree to tell the artist about any medical condition, medication, allergy, skin condition, or pregnancy that could affect the tattooing or healing process.
The artist may decline or reschedule a service where it cannot be done safely. Both preparation instructions and aftercare instructions should be followed; improper aftercare can affect how a tattoo heals.
Designs and creative work
- Custom designs remain the intellectual property of the artist. They may not be copied, reproduced, or taken to another artist.
- Pricing reflects the artist's time, skill, and materials, and does not transfer ownership of the design.
- By being tattooed, you give permission for the finished work to be photographed and shared, including this site and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, say so before your appointment.
Payment and deposits
Payment for tattoo services is handled directly at the studio, not through this website.
Deposit amounts, cancellation terms, and any rescheduling conditions are set by the studio and confirmed with you before your appointment.
Website content and intellectual property
The text, photographs, artwork, and branding on this site belong to Marcole Creations and Austin Cole Martinez. They may not be copied, republished, or reused without permission.
Third-party links
This site links to Facebook, Instagram, and possibly other services. Those services have their own terms and policies, and this site is not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided as it is. No promise is made that it will always be available, or that every detail in the portfolio or service descriptions is complete or current.
To the extent permitted by law, Marcole Creations is not liable for losses arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the site or the studio's practices change. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision.
