Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This policy explains what information this website and the studio collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.

General notice: this is a general policy describing how this website and studio typically operate. It is not legal advice, and details that depend on the studio's own practices or on the laws where you live should be reviewed and confirmed.

Who we are

Marcole Creations is the portfolio website of Austin Cole Martinez, a fine line tattoo artist working out of Nine Finger Tattoo Co in Carlisle, Ohio.

This site is informational. It does not create accounts, take bookings, or process payments directly. Appointments are arranged by messaging or visiting the studio.

Information we collect

Information you choose to share. When you message the studio through Facebook, Instagram, or in person, you may share details such as your name, contact information, tattoo ideas, reference images, and information about your health or skin.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site may collect basic usage information such as the pages you view, the site that referred you, your approximate location based on IP address, and your device and browser type.

How information is used

  • To reply to your inquiry and discuss your tattoo idea.
  • To plan, schedule, and keep a record of appointments.
  • To help judge whether a requested tattoo can be done safely.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to tattoo services.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic visitor statistics. These help show which pages and portfolio pieces are most viewed.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them does not prevent you from reading the site.

Third-party platforms

Conversations with the studio often happen on Facebook or Instagram. The information you provide there is also handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies, which are outside this studio's control.

This site may include links to those platforms or to other websites. Their content and privacy practices are their own responsibility.

Health and skin information

If you share information about your health, medications, allergies, or skin, it is used only to plan and carry out tattoo work safely. It is not shared with anyone else except where required by law or with your permission.

How long information is kept

Inquiry details are kept only as long as they are useful for answering you, planning your appointment, and keeping the records the studio is required to keep. After that, they are deleted or no longer used.

Your choices

  • You can ask what information from your inquiry is being kept, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
  • You can ask the studio to stop contacting you about your inquiry at any time.
  • Requests about messages sent through Facebook or Instagram must also be handled on those platforms, since the studio cannot delete data those services store.

Children

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children. Tattoo services are only provided to people who meet the age requirements described in the Terms and Conditions.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the site or the studio's practices change. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision.
